Refund and Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled and returned within 7 Days of receipt (excluding special order items). Orders that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full. Prior to returning any parts, the customer must contact NDR Ltd. All returns are arranged at customers own expense and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that items are returned in an unused condition suitable for resale. Items that have been used, damaged during fitment or damaged during returned transit will not be refunded. Refunds will be made via the same method they were received (e.g. credit card payments must be refunded to the same card). Refunds are usually processed with 1-2 days working of receipt but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods. Warranty Items: most items returned under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
